We are delighted to announce that Babble has acquired ADSI.

Babble the leading British Cloud Comms, Contact, Cyber & Mobile business that is transforming how ambitious businesses use next generation technology, has today announced the acquisition of Basildon-based mobile services provider ADSI.

ADSI serves 4,650 customers across the South-East of England and London with 30,000 O2 mobile connections which will add huge scale to Babble's Mobile division, making them the UK's second largest O2 dealer. Existing Babble customers will benefit from this new expertise as well as access to ADSI's market-leading Vision integrated operating platform.

All staff members will join the Babble team and bring fresh insights and experience, Adrian Spreadborough, ADSI CEO, remaining in a consultancy capacity to ensure a smooth transition.

Babble has completed 19 transactions since 2018, with 9 in 2020 and 4 already this year. This record led to ICON Corporate Finance officially recognising Babble as the UK's most acquisitive technology company in 2020.

The team supported Adrian and ADSI throughout the sale process with the project led by Stephen Taylor and Paul Davies. This transaction continues the team's deal run with 7 transactions in the last 10 months.
